Invisage (previously VTFinTech) attended the ICT Spring Event in Luxembroug
We were delighted to be a delegate of the UK’s Department of International Trade’s Mission to Luxembourg. It was an amazing experience to participate in ICT Spring event, which had a lion share of tech companies focused to grow their business in Luxembourg. For us, it was a natural fit as we are focused on helping asset managers make the most of their research. Luxembourg continues to be a desirable destination for holding funds and assets.
In this two day event (21-22 May), we had many engaging conversations with clients, partners and other delegates. The interaction with the current UK’s ambassador the Luxembourg – Mr John Marhsall was inspiring. The whole team from the Embassy was amazing in organising our participation in this event.
We also got a chance to interact with the delegates from the Chambers of Commerce, Luxembourg that gave valuable insights into the business culture there. It is amazing what Luxembourg offers for asset managers. It was good to interact with prospective clients and understand their needs in this geography.
As far as the events go, this one had a hidden gem at the end – Boxing Matches among Fintech CEOs. This was our first to see a boxing ring at a fintech conference. It was quite exciting to see CEOs take on yet another role! It was a memorable finish.
We are proud of other UK delegate firms as well, who made this conference a memorable one.
